Tolly House Villa - Wells-next-the-Sea

The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group of eight. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the two fridges, made cooking and storing food easy. The location was also excellent, with a short walk to the harbor and some great pubs nearby. Despite a few minor issues with the underfloor heating being too aggressive in the main living room, we still enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Tolly House for families looking for a great place to stay in Wells-next-the-Sea. we had a wonderful experience!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the location of Tolly House. It was perfect for our quiet break yet still central to all the walking trails and places we wanted to visit. The house itself was spacious and cosy, providing plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and dining facilities were excellent, with a large dining table and all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. Tolly House provided us with everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

The heating didn't work properly and the temperature was uneven throughout the house. It was too hot upstairs, making it difficult to sleep, while downstairs was uncomfortably cold, especially on a bitterly cold day.
